#176: How Comfortable is that Comfort Zone?

In this Friday fact episode, we are talking about the concept of our comfort zone.  This is a psychological spot where we believe that we are secure, and it is the "safe" spot that is blocking us from our growth and from seeing and meeting the people who could impact our life the most.

In this episode, we discuss:

  1. I lost my job on March 17th, 2020, with no questions asked. I decided this was the time to dive all into my coaching business and get out of my own comfort zone.  I have learned that stepping out of that space has led to incredible opportunities.
  2. The questions I have learned to ask are not “do I want to do this?”, and instead I ask myself, “will I regret not doing this later?”
  3. What is your comfort zone costing you or what is it stopping you from doing or living?
  4. Change happens for you the second you step over the line. This is about you learning to grow yourself and see what is available for you outside of that “safe space”.  The people you are meant to impact and the people who are meant to impact to impact you may be right past your comfort zone and hallway.
  5. Join me live starting on November 1st as I dive into each of the blockages that you are experiencing on Owning Your Story.
