#112: "You Are Your Best Teacher”

In this Monday Mindset Episode, I am sharing my thoughts on recognizing that you are your best teacher.  I completely believe, support and practice investing in ourselves with coaches, mentors and people who are successfully doing what we are working toward.  Coaching with others can literally shorten our learning curve and help us with the challenges that will be in our path.  I do also believe that we are our best teacher! We are being guided by our future self, by our intuition, and learning from all of the experiences that we have lived! We are literally our best teacher!

In this episode, we discuss:

  1. Accepting that in order to create change we must recognize that we must commit to doing the work. Coaching with mentors is important, yet we have to do the work too!
  2. Ask yourself the hard questions:
    1. Am I happy?
    2. If no, what needs to change to change this?
    3. What do I need more of or less than in order to change this?
    4. Do my choices line up with what I want to create or where I want my life to go?
  3. Recognize that you have made a number of choices that have brought you to here and you truly have overcome a number of obstacles and challenges. You are truly stronger than you think and you have been a teacher somewhere in your life to get to here.
  4.
