Feb 26, 2024
In this episode, we talk about what your future self would say. Let’s play a fun game, and look at one year from today, February 2025, and what would your future self say to you? How would you look back with pride for how you showed up for yourself, what you said yes and no to, the boundaries you put into place, how you honoured your energy and joy, and how you showed up for yourself?
In this episode, we discuss:
1) The idea for this episode came from the sharing of
recent episodes, if you don’t take the time to enjoy the steps,
actions, and mundane steps in between you will never enjoy the
final destination and sometimes as humans, we have to work backward
first to see how far we have come instead of always looking
forward.
2) Life is teaching us lessons every single day. What am I saying
yes to today that I now have new information and wouldn’t say yes
to it? You will never reach a bigger goal than you can dream
of. How big can you allow yourself to dream, think, show up
as, or even surround yourself with people who can show and inspire
you to stretch yourself? You aren’t that version of yourself
YET.
